Client Company Confidential in the greater Bay Area seeks a Regional Vice President, Community Management to lead portfolio-level property management for ~50 communities and 13,000 apartment homes in Northern California. You will partner with asset management and finance to align operations with investment objectives and optimize performance.

This executive role oversees a multi-layer leadership team, drives NOI, pricing strategies, resident satisfaction, and long-term asset value while coaching

Qualificações

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in multifamily property management, operations, or portfolio management.
• Experience operating within a publicly traded REIT environment strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead portfolio-level property management for ~50 communities and 13,000 apartment homes.
• Own portfolio-level operational and financial performance, driving revenue growth, expense control, resident retention, and long-term asset value creation.
• Develop and execute portfolio-wide business plans aligned with investment objectives, market conditions, and growth initiatives.
• Drive NOI optimization through pricing, operational efficiencies, market positioning, and value-creation strategies.
• Partner with Asset Management and Finance on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and performance analysis.
• Establish and maintain high operating standards focused on service excellence and resident satisfaction.
• Build leadership depth through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
• Collaborate with Development and Construction to support lease-up, stabilization, and operational transition of new communities.
