• Develops strategic vision and growth plan for the Community Association & Property Management vertical with focus on deposits, treasury management, and profitability.
• Establishes market expansion strategies, annual production goals, and metrics.
• Cultivates relationships with HOAs, condo/cooperative/master-planned communities, and property management firms.
• Generates new deposit and treasury opportunities through direct calls, referrals, and partnerships.
• Represents the Bank at industry conferences and associations to grow market presence.
• Drives product penetration with Treasury Management and controls risk in lending.
