Head of Communications – Remote (Worldwide)

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in 55 countries, including United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, India, France, Netherlands, Singapore.

Pay: $250,000–$400,000/yr

The Role

We're looking for a strategic communicator to lead our external communications and shape how our work is understood across media, customers, and the AI ecosystem. You'll own our communications strategy—from product launches and company announcements to executive thought leadership and media relations, helping build trust, credibility, and visibility for the company.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Proven success securing top-tier media coverage and building lasting press relationships.
• Experience leading communications for product launches and major company announcements.
• Strong strategic judgment with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred

• Experience in AI, developer tools, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Crisis communications experience.

Compensation & Benefits Notice

The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $150,000 –$200,000. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
