Ladders is seeking an AVP of Corporate Communications to lead executive media strategies for the CEO and key associations in the Finance & Insurance sector. This role shapes messaging, supports strategic priorities, and partners with senior leaders in a highly matrixed environment.

Remote work is available. The ideal candidate has a track record in consumer PR, enterprise narratives, and leading teams, with exceptional writing and collaboration skills to drive sensitive initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10 years in corporate communications and consumer PR.
• 6 years of leadership experience in team management.
• Experience in executive communications and strategic messaging.
• Proven ability to shape enterprise narratives.
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed organization.

For our client, we are seeking a AVP, Corporate Communications - CEO & Association to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape and execute executive communications strategies that support the CEO and elevate the organization's most important business priorities. The position requires a strong strategic thinker who can translate complex goals into clear, compelling narratives for consumers, employees, and external audiences. You will partner closely with senior leadership to guide messaging, media strategy, and communications around highly visible and sensitive issues in a highly matrixed environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $195,230 – $351,410 annually
