Job summary

Associated Insurance and Risk Management Advisors seeks a Vice President, Team Lead for its Commercial Lines group. You will manage a mid-to-large book and lead a team of Account Managers and CSRs, serving as the primary client contact and driving growth.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Commercial Lines as a Senior Account Manager or Account Executive, with strong collaboration and client-service focus. This is a senior leadership role within a growing firm.

Qualifications

• Resident P&C Producer License.
• Middle Market experience.
• Private Equity experience preferred, not required.
• At least 10+ years in Senior Account Management / Account Executive role in required lines.
• Contract and Lease review experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and agency personnel.
• Proficiency with Applied Systems Epic.
• Knowledge of carrier appetite and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mid-to-large Commercial Lines book as primary contact for clients.
• Lead a team of Account Managers and CSRs.
• Market new business and renewals; document submissions and processes.
