Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance (or equivalent banking experience).
• 7-10 years of commercial lending experience, including complex deals.
• Formal credit training and strong analytical skills.
• Proven track record of meeting business development goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all direct and indirect commercial loan activities.
• Develop and implement lending policies that align with strategic goals.
