Job summary

TBK Bank, a subsidiary of Triumph Financial, is seeking a seasoned Vice President, Commercial Lending to lead a team and shape the growth of our commercial portfolio.

You will oversee complex loan activities, develop lending policies, and build strong client relationships while guiding strategic initiatives across markets.

This role demands 7-10 years of lending experience, solid credit training, and excellent negotiation and communication skills to meet business development goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance (or equivalent banking experience).
• 7-10 years of commercial lending experience, including complex deals.
• Formal credit training and strong analytical skills.
• Proven track record of meeting business development goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
