Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance required or equivalent banking experience.
• 7–10 years of commercial lending experience, including complex deals.
• Formal credit training and strong analytical skills.
• Proven track record of meeting business development goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all direct and indirect commercial loan activities.
• Develop and implement lending policies that align with strategic goals.
• Review and approve loan applications within your authority.
