Job summary

TBK Bank, SSB seeks a Vice President of Banking Products to lead end‑to‑end performance, compliance, and development across a broad suite of banking and payment products in a highly regulated environment.

You will own product health, risk controls, pricing governance, market intelligence, and roadmap execution, partnering across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Distribution, and Finance to drive growth, efficiency, and durable customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in banking and/or payments product management leadership.
• Proven ownership of products across run, enhance, and transform phases.
• Strong understanding of banking products, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and driving outcomes through cross‑functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing health and performance of assigned products, including stability, controls, customer experience, and cost‑to‑serve.
• Accountable product owner for risk, compliance, and control alignment; partner with Risk and Compliance.
• Ensure product documentation, pricing, eligibility, limits, and features remain accurate and governed.
• Lead decisions on optimization, simplification, decommissioning, or consolidation as needed.
• Identify operational friction and drive remediation alongside enhancements.
