Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of related experience in Portfolio Management or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of commercial credit and loan structuring, and pricing dynamics. Credit analyst training completed.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Interface with clients in-person, over the phone and email to assess credit needs and determine structure.
• Gather and analyze information to present a financing request to senior management or Loan Committee for approval.
• Coordinate processing of approved loans; ensure loans are processed according to agreement and bank policies.
• Reinforce superior customer service through example and follow-through with involved customers and employees.
• Handle various underwriting, portfolio management and upkeep tasks related to new loan requests and portfolio.
