Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Vice President, Commercial Data & AI to lead data, data science, and AI initiatives across the commercial value chain. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in CS/DS/AI or related field.
- 15+ years delivering large-scale data and AI solutions with leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in modern ML, large language models, and cloud platforms.
- Proven track record deploying generative AI and managing enterprise data platforms.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder influence.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities with senior leaders.
- Develop multi-year AI strategies.
- Manage a portfolio of data and AI programs.
- Lead development of generative and agentic AI capabilities.
- Establish scalable AI platforms.
- Embed responsible AI governance.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of 80+ professionals.
- Drive adoption and change management to deliver measurable value.
