Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Data & AI Enablement to direct analytics strategy and AI-driven insights for commercial teams in Raritan, NJ, with flexibility to operate across NJ, PA, or FL locations. The role bridges business needs with technical delivery, shaping data foundations for AI agents and dashboards within Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or commercial operations with experience defining analytics strategies and requirements.
Experience designing data models or analytical frameworks that enable self-service analytics and AI use cases.
Strong understanding of analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar, and modern data architectures.
Deep knowledge of commercial processes and decision making in sales, marketing, or customer service contexts.
Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders to align on standards and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Define analytics strategy and requirements across sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for analytics products and dashboards.
Design data foundations powering dashboards, reports, and AI agents.
Collaborate with regional and business unit analytics leads to standardize reporting.
Enable analytics teams by providing guidance, templates, and best practices.
