Qualifications

• Experience designing data models or analytical frameworks that enable self-service analytics and AI use cases.
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms and modern data architectures with the ability to engage credibly with technical teams.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including regional teams, business unit leads, and IT, to align on standards and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics strategy and requirements across sales, marketing, customer service, and operations to enable better decisions.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for analytics products and dashboards.
• Design data foundations across analytical layers powering dashboards, reports, and AI agents.
• Define metrics, KPIs, and analytical frameworks to ensure global consistency across regions.
