You will shape demand, govern the AI portfolio, and translate business strategy into an funded AI roadmap, driving measurable value across the organization.

You will lead a global team of data & AI leaders, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver transformative capabilities, copilots, and autonomous workflows with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Required: 15+ years leadership in enterprise data, analytics, digital transformation, AI or technology strategy.
• Preferred: experience implementing Agentic AI and AI marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Data & AI portfolio including demand intake, evaluation, prioritization, funding, governance, delivery oversight and value realization.
• Lead capability-based planning to identify opportunities where Data, Analytics, AI, and Agentic AI accelerate outcomes.
• Define KPI frameworks to measure adoption, productivity and financial return.
• Establish and govern an AI Experience Marketplace for discovery, reuse, and governance of AI solutions.
