Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the US market seeks a Manager to lead development and scale of advanced AI capabilities across pharmaceutical marketing and field engagement teams. You will drive strategy and oversee end-to-end AI product lifecycles.

You will collaborate with data science, engineering and design to embed AI tools into CRM and engagement platforms, evaluate external vendors, and establish best practices for AI adoption across commercial functions.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in Data Science, CS or related field.

Role: Manager, AI Next Frontiers, leading development and scaling of advanced AI capabilities within Johnson & Johnson's US Pharmaceutical marketing and field engagement teams.

High-Value: focus on AI applications in healthcare/pharma, with emphasis on marketing and field engagement, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance commercial impact.

Responsibilities:

• oversee end-to-end AI product lifecycle—from ideation and design to deployment and performance analysis—aligning solutions with business needs and compliance standards
• collaborate with data science, engineering, and design teams to integrate AI tools into CRM and engagement platforms
• evaluate external AI vendors and establish best practices for AI adoption across commercial functions

Requirements:

• PhD or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years in AI, machine learning, or analytics, with experience leading AI-driven transformations in marketing, omnichannel engagement, or commercial operations
• expertise in Generative AI, NLP, RAG architectures, and AI agents
• strong communication skills and ability to translate complex needs into scalable AI solutions

Preferred:

• experience in regulated healthcare industries, familiarity with CRM platforms, and knowledge of commercial workflows

Location:

Location: Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA, with required travel between sites.
