Job summary
Precision AQ, a top payer marketing agency, seeks an Associate Vice President, Clinical Services to lead clinical content development and steer strategic direction for market access teams. You will mentor staff, ensure content standards, and drive initiatives in business development and client strategy.
The role requires deep knowledge of pharma, managed markets, and communication of value to payers, providers, patients, and policymakers.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in life sciences or English with pharma experience required
- Minimum 9 years in medical communication/pharma/healthcare
- Experience in managed markets promotional content development
- AMA style proficiency and ability to translate complex concepts
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical content development and strategic direction for multiple accounts
- Mentor Clinical Services team members and oversee onboarding/innovation
- Resolve escalated issues between internal and external stakeholders
- Lead medical content creation for brand planning and tactical plans
- Plan resources across accounts and manage performance feedback
