Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Vice President, Clinical Services to lead clinical content development and provide strategic direction across multiple teams within the market access practice. Responsibilities include maintaining content standards, mentoring staff, and guiding business development initiatives.

The role requires strong AMA-style writing, deep knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, and the ability to translate complex science for managed care audiences.

Qualifications

Minimum 9 years of experience in medical communication, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.
Experience in managed markets promotional content development.

Responsibilities

Oversee content development for multiple large accounts within Clinical Services.
Lead department initiatives such as onboarding, student recruitment, or innovation.
Resolve escalated issues between internal and external stakeholders in a solutions‑oriented manner.
Lead medical strategy in brand planning, development, and tactical plans for accounts and new business opportunities.
