Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Vice President, Clinical Services to lead clinical content development and strategic direction for market access initiatives. You will guide teams, mentor staff, and drive innovation across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, coordinating resources, and presenting strategic plans for brand planning and new business opportunities. Strong AMA style, research skills, and senior leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences or English with pharma/healthcare exposure.
• Minimum 9 years in medical communication/pharma/healthcare.
• AMA style mastery; strong MS Office and research tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical content development for multiple accounts.
• Mentor Clinical Services team members and drive SOPs.
• Present brand planning and strategy for accounts and new business.
• Plan resources across accounts and manage timelines.
• Provide feedback and coaching to direct/indirect reports.
