Job summary

Precision AQ is recruiting an Associate Vice President of Clinical Services to lead content development and strategic direction for the Market Access practice. You will mentor staff, manage multiple accounts, and collaborate on business development and innovation initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 9+ years in medical communications or healthcare, strong AMA style, and excellent communication skills. Remote work is allowed with a focus on payer marketing excellence and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences required.
• BA/BS in English with pharmaceutical agency experience acceptable.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in medical communication, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare.
• Strong AMA style, MS Office and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Support content development for multiple large accounts (5-7).
• Lead Clinical Services initiatives such as onboarding or innovation.
• Resolve escalated issues between internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as medical lead in brand planning and strategic development.
• Demonstrate understanding of pharma manufacturers and managed markets.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for clients and train staff.
• Plan resources across accounts and workstreams.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Supervise 6+ team members including senior directors.
• Uphold PRECISION Principles in client service, purpose, accountability, respect and collaboration.
