Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Vice President, Clinical Services to lead clinical content development and provide strategic direction across market access initiatives. You will ensure content standards, mentor team members, and contribute to business development and client strategy.

Required BA/BS in life sciences or English with pharma experience, 9+ years in medical communications, AMA style proficiency, and strong writing and presentation skills. Advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences, or BA/BS in English with pharma agency experience.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in medical communication, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.
• AMA style mastery and ability to translate complex science for managed care audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Services content development across multiple accounts.
• Mentor Clinical Services team members and oversee SOPs.
• Develop and present brand planning and strategic development for accounts.
• Plan resources and coach staff for performance and growth.
• Promote Precision AQ values in client service and collaboration.
