Job summary

PRECISION AQ, the payer marketing arm of Precision Medicine Group, seeks an Associate Vice President, Clinical Services to lead clinical content development and strategic direction across key market access initiatives. This remote role in the United States will oversee a team of Clinical Services professionals.

You will mentor staff, drive onboarding and innovation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape brand planning, tactical plans, and client strategy for major accounts.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences or English with pharma/medical communications experience.
• Minimum 9 years in medical communication/pharma/healthcare industry.
• Proficient AMA style; strong writing and communication; able to translate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical content development and provide strategic direction for Clinical Services across accounts.
• Mentor Clinical Services team members and oversee onboarding.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for clients under purview and conduct training as needed.
• Present brand planning, strategic development, and tactical plans for assigned accounts and opportunities.
• Plan and allocate resources across accounts and workstreams; track personal development goals.
• Promote PRECISION Principles (Client Service, Purpose, Accountability, Mutual Respect and Collaboration).
