Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide clinical strategy development and execution.
Own full lifecycle from concept to pilot design, launch, and scale.
Oversee digital health partnerships strategy and Stars strategy.
Develop integrated clinical products and experiences.
Collaborate with business leaders, clinicians, analytics, engineering, and design.
Present updates to enterprise forums.
Influence senior Humana decision-makers on health outcomes and costs.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.
