Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in healthcare technology or clinical applications.
• Deep knowledge of EHR/EMR operations, workflows, integrations, and optimization.
• Ability to translate clinical needs into clear application decisions for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Applications team, including governance, support, implementation, optimization, product, and project delivery.
• Serve as the primary leader for eClinicalWorks and related clinical applications, aligning with ArchWell's goals.
• Create processes for changes, prioritization, releases, workflows, and configuration.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, operations, IT, and market teams to connect tech decisions to care delivery.
• Guide implementations, upgrades, testing, go-live planning, and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure dependable user support with clear intake, escalation, and documentation.
• Improve clinical workflows, provider experience, interoperability, and data availability.
• Manage vendor relationships, including eClinicalWorks and partners.
