Job summary
OU Health seeks a Vice President to lead the Clinical Delivery Applications portfolio, including Epic and related modules. You will shape strategy, drive optimization, and oversee AI-enabled enhancements for patient care applications.
A senior leader will collaborate with CMIO and CNOs to align physician and nursing priorities with organizational goals. The role requires a Master’s degree in IT/healthcare, 7–10 years of leadership experience, and a track record with large Epic/EHR teams.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree required; Degree in Information Technology, healthcare administration, or clinical field preferred.
- 7 to 10 years progressive leadership experience required; 6+ years application IT experience in Care Delivery IT in a large, complex academic health system; management or leadership role preferred.
- Experience managing large Epic/EHR teams (100+ people) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full suite of care delivery applications (Epic, Pharmacy, Lab, Enterprise Imaging) and related modules.
- Provide direction to resources supporting Clinical and Revenue Cycle applications.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deployment and maintenance of EHR and supporting apps.
