Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a strategic technology leader to become Vice President of Clinical Applications. You will report to the CIO and guide the deployment and governance of clinical systems like eClinicalWorks across markets.

You will align care model needs with technology, lead a cross-functional team, manage vendor relationships, drive interoperability, and shape a practical roadmap for reliability and provider experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare tech leadership, clinical apps, or EMR operations.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks is strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate clinical needs into clear app decisions.
• Executive presence and vendor coordination experience.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Applications team, including governance, support, implementation, optimization, product, and project delivery.
• Oversee eClinicalWorks and related clinical applications supporting care delivery across markets.
• Define processes for reviewing application changes, prioritizing requests, managing releases, and standardizing workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, operations, IT, and market teams to align technology with care delivery needs.
• Guide implementations, upgrades, testing, go-live planning, post-launch support, and ongoing maintenance.
• Improve clinical workflows, provider experience, interoperability, and day-to-day operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate escalations to keep work moving forward.
