Job summary

OU Medicine seeks a visionary VP of Clinical Delivery Applications to lead the entire care delivery IT portfolio, including Epic, Pharmacy, Lab and Imaging systems. You will guide strategy, governance, and optimization to support patient care delivery across OU Medicine’s network.

You’ll partner with CMIO and CNO, manage large cross-functional teams, and drive AI-enabled improvements while ensuring cost-effective, timely services and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, healthcare administration or clinical field.
• Progressive leadership experience in large health IT teams.
• Strong understanding of Epic/EHR implementations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the care delivery IT portfolio across Epic, Pharmacy, Lab and Imaging.
• Direct resources, budgets and vendor relationships for clinical apps.
• Collaborate with CMIO and CNO to align priorities with clinical needs.
• Oversee optimization and maintenance of EHR systems and AI initiatives.
• Champion service delivery strategy and IT governance processes.
