Job summary

Face Forward Aesthetics in the United States is seeking a strategic operations leader to align clinical excellence with scalable business performance across multiple markets. You will standardize workflows, establish governance, and act as a senior escalation point for complex clinical and guest experience matters.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience with responsibility for both clinical and operational teams.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site healthcare or clinical operations at scale.
• Active clinical background with medical aesthetics experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk.
• Proven ability to improve performance using metrics, systems, and standardized processes.
• Strong financial and operational acumen linking clinic activity to business results.
• Experience developing leaders and building accountability across dispersed teams.
• Executive presence and ability to influence across functions.
• Ability to lead through growth, change, and evolving organizational complexity.
• Willingness to travel regularly across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and field operations across markets with standards and accountability.
• Standardize workflows, playbooks, policies and execution rhythms.
• Serve as escalation point for complex clinical, operational, and guest experience matters.
• Elevate provider performance through onboarding, training, and competency validation.
• Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with productivity and performance indicators.
• Own end-to-end guest experience across clinics; improve satisfaction and NPS.
• Drive profitability by labor optimization, scheduling, and workflow improvements.
• Use data to identify performance opportunities and lead cross-functional improvements.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local clinical requirements; audit readiness.
• Develop leaders and translate growth strategy into operational reality.
• Scale operations during new clinic launches or service introductions.
• Measure success via revenue, provider productivity, and guest satisfaction.
