• 5+ years of account management experience within digital media or performance marketing.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Proven ability to build and scale client success teams.

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build out the Client Success function for Chase Media Solutions.
• Lead a team of client success managers and associates to deliver excellent service.
• Collaborate with sales to craft strategies to win and retain clients.
• Partner with sales, operations and analytics for cohesive client engagement.
• Implement client feedback to inform strategy, process improvements and product enhancements.
• Resolve client issues and escalations efficiently.
• Develop understanding of key vertical market trends and opportunities.
