Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management in digital media or performance marketing.
• 2+ years in account management leadership.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing client success teams.
• Deep understanding of digital media landscape and account management.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication across teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic, growing environments.
• Experience presenting to executives and marketing leadership with detail.

Responsibilities

• Build out the Client Success function for Chase Media Solutions.
• Lead a team of client success managers and associates to serve clients.
• Collaborate with sales to craft strategies to win and grow business.
• Partner with sales, operations and analytics to ensure cohesive client engagement.
• Implement client feedback strategy to inform sales, marketing, and product improvements.
• Resolve client issues and escalations effectively.
• Develop understanding of key vertical market trends and opportunities.
• Represent Chase Media Solutions at events as a brand ambassador.
