Responsibilities

• Scale the Client Success function for Chase Media Solutions.
• Lead a team of client success managers to deliver excellent service to clients.
• Collaborate with sales to craft client success strategies to win new business and retain/grow revenue.
• Develop service and growth models to deliver client objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive client engagement and drive improvements.
• Implement client feedback strategy to inform sales, marketing, and product enhancements.
• Resolve client issues and escalations.
• Develop understanding of vertical market trends and opportunities.
• Represent Chase Media Solutions at events as a brand ambassador.
