This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer leaders, combining deep Revenue Cycle Management knowledge with analytical depth and strategic storytelling to translate data into actionable executive guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 12+ years of progressive experience, including at least 8 years in leadership or management.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and experience driving performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Partner leaders responsible for strategic customer relationships and performance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing clear visibility into RCM performance, opportunities, priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex operational and performance analytics into compelling executive-level narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Partner across service delivery, operations, and functional teams to align priorities and drive measurable improvement.
• Leverage RCM expertise and industry best practices to guide customer strategy, optimize performance, and advance transformation.
• Lead change through influence, building alignment across complex, matrixed stakeholder groups.
• Advance customer experience and relationship health, including efforts supporting KLAS and NPS performance.
• Develop and strengthen the Customer Partner organization through coaching, accountability, and talent development.
