Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President in Client Skills Training & Practice Management to design and facilitate programs targeted at early career professionals in the Global AWM Analyst and Private Bank Associate population.

You will own the end-to-end design and delivery of high-impact learning experiences, partnering with Private Bank leadership to align on priorities and drive measurable behavior change using scalable, possibly AI-enabled modalities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in learning design and facilitation, coaching, consulting, or a client-facing advisory role.
• Proven ability to facilitate sessions with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate priorities into practical learning experiences and tools.
• Strong communication skills tailored to diverse audiences and contexts.
• Proactive mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Client Skills Programs for AWM Analysts and Private Bank Associates.
• Translate priorities into teachable learning experiences, tools, and frameworks.
• Facilitate high-energy, credible sessions for Analysts and Advisors.
• Partner with Private Bank leadership and HR to identify skill gaps and craft solutions.
• Own programs end-to-end from concept to design, facilitation, and impact assessment.
• Refine content continuously based on outcomes and evolving business needs, including scalable digital/AI-enabled learning.
