Qualifications

• 4+ years in learning design, facilitation, coaching, or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong facilitation and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management/private banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Client Skills programs to support Private Bank Advisor effectiveness.
• Translate business priorities into practical learning experiences, tools, and frameworks.
• Facilitate high-energy, high-credibility sessions for Advisors and senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Private Bank leadership, Business Management, and HR to identify skills gaps and design solutions that move performance.
• Own programs end-to-end from concept to impact assessment.
• Continuously refine content based on feedback, outcomes, and evolving business needs.
