Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Vice President, Client Services Operations-Conventional Trust to lead and optimize client service operations across cash, securities, and settlement workflows. You will partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, drive improvements, and ensure rigorous adherence to controls and risk frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
7–12 years of relevant experience in client services or operations.
Familiarity with market utilities and messaging systems (SWIFT, Fedwire, DTCC/NSCC, custodians, counterparties).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy and accountability.
Solid understanding of settlement cycles and market infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead client service operations and manage client accounts and service requests.
Monitor, investigate, and resolve exceptions across workflows; escalate as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement remediation.
Support onboarding, account setup, and validation of settlement instructions.
Prepare procedural docs, metrics, and reporting; drive continuous improvement.
Adhere to risk, compliance, and control frameworks; follow SOPs.
