Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• Typically 7–12 years of experience in client services/operations.
• Familiarity with market utilities and messaging (SWIFT, Fedwire, DTCC/NSCC).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client service operations for internal and external clients.
• Monitor and resolve exceptions, breaks, and inquiries across cash, securities, and paper workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Client Service, Risk/Compliance, Technology) to resolve issues and implement remediation plans.
• Support onboarding, account setup, and validation of settlement instructions where applicable.
• Prepare and maintain procedural documentation, metrics, and reporting; drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure adherence to operational risk, compliance, and control frameworks; follow SOPs while identifying process improvements.
