Apex Fintech Solutions seeks a VP, Head of Operations to lead the firm’s operations, including Settlements, P&S, ACATs, and regulatory reporting. You will drive growth, optimize performance, and align operations with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in senior operational roles within financial services, with FINRA licenses and strong leadership, communication, and compliance skills. Hybrid office environment in the Dallas area.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in a senior operational role within financial services, custody and clearing.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses required.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the operational strategy to support Apex Clearing Corporation’s goals.
• Collaborate with executives to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Champion adoption of AI and automation across operations workflows to reduce manual processing and scale capacity.
• Provide leadership to the Operations division management team and develop training/mentorship programs.
• Monitor daily operations, implement performance metrics, and drive business performance.
• Partner with finance to manage operational budgets and analyze financial statements.
