Job summary

Everforth Apex is hiring a Vice President, Client Operations for CLO/Structured Debt in Houston, TX. You will lead support for major external clients, resolving complex issues and directing clients to resources, while applying advanced problem-solving to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.

You will leverage product knowledge, identify client needs, and contribute to business development; participate in initiatives to improve client experience and support multiple complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• Typically, 7–12 years of experience.
• Relevant client service/operations experience in financial services preferred.
• Corporate Trust and CLO/CDO backgrounds preferred.
• SOLVAS experience preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Finance/Accounting, compliance, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and providing guidance to less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead support for major external clients by resolving complex operational and technical issues.
• Apply advanced problem-solving skills and judgment to analyze complex information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
• Leverage knowledge of products/services to proactively identify client needs and propose expanded offerings.
