Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a strategic Vice President to lead loan operations and client processing. This role coordinates across operations, technology, and business teams to optimize workflows, control risk, and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 7-12 years of experience in loan operations, transaction processing, client processing, or financial services operations.
• Experience with syndicated loans, loan servicing, and loan operations environments preferred.
• Familiarity with ClearPar, LSTA, Loan IQ, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial services operations and brokerage processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and processing of complex loan and client transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to operational controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve transaction workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in loan operations and client processing, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.
• Monitor transaction processing metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance and client outcomes.
• Investigate and resolve complex transaction and servicing issues while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging technology, industry best practices, and process innovation.
• Support operational excellence through effective prioritization, risk management, and execution of daily activities.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with business policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
