Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a VP, Head of Operations to lead the firm's Operations division, including settlements, accounting, regulatory reporting, and more. You will drive strategic leadership, optimize performance, and ensure custody/clearing activities align with business goals in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires 12+ years in financial services operations, strong leadership, and FINRA licenses; MBA preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of senior operational experience in financial services, specifically custody and clearing.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses required.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex organizations.

• Define and implement the operational strategy to support Apex Clearing Corporation’s goals.
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation across operations to reduce manual processing and scale capacity.
• Oversee all operational functions to align with growth and profitability targets.
• Provide leadership to the Operations division and develop mentorship programs.
• Monitor daily operations and implement performance metrics to drive business results.
• Partner with finance to manage budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Uphold regulatory frameworks and work with legal/compliance teams on risk management.
