Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Houston seeks a Client Service Team Lead within Payments to drive the success of Client Service Account Managers serving a portfolio of large corporate or financial institution clients.

You will oversee human resources functions, controls, compliance and staff readiness while ensuring top-tier servicing and complex issue resolution. You will guide a team, provide strategic direction, coach for performance, and identify training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant industry and/or management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Core Domestic and International Treasury products.
• Ability to lead and manage teams and complex situations.
• Creative thinker with conflict resolution and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ability to influence at all levels and engage partners.
• Strong judgment to prioritize with urgency when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of clients and align client needs to bank solutions and insights.
• Act as the escalation point for service issues and coordinate with bank partners on complex closings and relationship events.
• Coach team and monitor service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic direction, leading, motivating and coaching for optimum performance.
• Identify training opportunities to enrich personal and career development.
• Create an inclusive, collaborative and productive environment for all Client Service Account Managers.
