Job summary

Prosek Partners in New York is seeking a Vice President, Client Relations to lead a portfolio of strategic client relationships and deliver integrated branding, marketing, and creative engagements.

You will mentor teams, drive profitability, and expand senior-level partnerships while guiding cross-functional teams across Strategy, Creative, PM, Production and Digital to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of client services or account management experience in branding/creative/integrated agency environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting clients in financial and professional services, private markets, technology, AI, healthcare, or other complex B2B industries preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading senior client relationships and managing multidisciplinary engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior strategic advisor and executive client lead across branding, marketing, and creative engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide proactive counsel driving business results.
• Lead integrated account strategy across multiple clients, ensuring exceptional service, high-quality deliverables, and growth.
• Partner with Strategy, Creative, Project Management, Production, and specialty teams to deliver integrated solutions meeting client objectives.
• Lead strategic planning sessions, executive presentations, workshops, and client meetings across all engagement phases.
• Oversee account profitability, budgets, and overall commercial health across your portfolio.
