Job summary

Konnect Agency is seeking a Vice President to own portfolio-level strategy, drive performance across client teams, and maintain full business and financial accountability. You will set the agency's direction twelve months out, act as a senior escalation point, and shape growth through budget stewardship, talent development, and high-value client relationships.

Hybrid role with three days in office; you will lead 7–9+ accounts, oversee Directors and Account Leaders, and guide high-impact pitches

Qualifications

• 12+ years of PR experience with agency leadership
• Proven ability to develop strategic communications plans and manage KPI deliverables across 7–9+ accounts
• Experience leading and developing managers, not just individual contributors
• Strong fluency in digital capabilities including social media, influencer marketing, and paid media
• Hybrid availability three days per week in office

Responsibilities

• Own final accountability for client-facing strategy and deliverables across your portfolio
• Set strategic direction for portfolio 6–12 months ahead
• Ensure KPIs across portfolio are met with visibility into performance
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex client relationships
• Provide coaching and development for Directors and Account Leaders
• Own budget management across portfolio in partnership with CEO/President
• Track hours and deliverable accountability monthly
• Identify and close upsell opportunities across portfolio
• Lead or co-lead new business developments, RFPs, or pitches
• Attend industry events as agency representative and thought leader
• Report portfolio health and growth opportunities to CEO/President
