Prosek Partners in New York seeks a Vice President, Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruitment for senior roles, including VP+ hires, partnering with the CHRO and firm leadership. You will develop thoughtful search strategies, engage passive talent, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to elevate recruiting across the firm.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced environments.
Experience owning full-cycle searches for senior-level talent.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS; Greenhouse is a plus.
BA/BS in a related field.
