Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a VP/Director of Client Operations in New York to lead budgets, compliance, and tools across a high-visibility account. The role focuses on operational excellence in client financials, data governance, system management, and vendor invoice reconciliation.

You will oversee and optimize processes tied to media planning/buying platforms and ensure accuracy, governance, and compliance while partnering with global teams.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of agency operations experience, with leadership exposure.
• Experience with MediaTools, Prisma, and MediaOcean required.
• Strong MS 365 skills and ability to build data-driven models.
• Ability to implement and monitor compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX).

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3-pillar Client Operations function across budgets, tools, and vendor management.
• Oversee a team of 10+ and drive timely, accurate internal client deliverables.
• Manage financial tasks: billing, audits, and KPI reporting.
• Standardize processes and governance across markets; ensure data consistency.
