Publicis Groupe is seeking a VP/Director of Client Operations to lead budgets, tools, and vendor management for a high-energy client. You’ll drive operational excellence across financials, data governance, and system management while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency experience in operations or similar leadership role.
• Experience with MediaTools, Prisma or MediaOcean is required.
• Strong leadership, talent development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of GDPR/SOX regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Operations function for assigned client(s) across budgets, tools, and vendor management.
• Oversee financial processes including billing accuracy and budget documentation.
• Ensure governance, data integrity, and system optimization across markets.
• Partner with strategy/investment teams to drive efficiency and improvements.
• Develop and reinforce best practices with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
