Qualifications

• 10+ years in an agency Operations role preferred.
• Experience with MediaTools, Prisma and MediaOcean required.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Operations function across budgets, tools & systems, and vendor management.
• Oversee billing setups, audits, and compliance to ensure accuracy and readiness.
• Standardize governance, data integrity, and reporting across markets.
• Coach a team of 10+ and drive process improvements with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver operational excellence for the client.
