Focus Financial Partners seeks a Vice President to act as a senior SME for Addepar, Canoe, and alternative investment data workflows within Client Operations. Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in investment operations or related financial services role.
• Experience with Addepar, Canoe, or similar platforms.
• Strong ownership mindset and client-service orientation.
• Experience supporting alternative investment operations and data management.
• Proven ability to own complex workflows and coordinate across teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Addepar data operations and reporting readiness, ensuring data integrity.
• Oversee Canoe and alt investment data workflows, including onboarding and maintenance.
• Maintain data quality controls across Client Operations with clear ownership.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Trading, and vendors to implement platform enhancements.
• Perform root-cause analysis to resolve data and reporting issues.
• Create documentation and best practices to improve consistency.
• Provide guidance on Addepar, Canoe, and data workflows to junior staff.
