Focus Partners is seeking a Data Services Lead to support the Operations team by maintaining accurate private investment data and ensuring client reporting integrity in Addepar. You will work with internal teams and external partners to improve data quality and automate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of operations experience within asset/wealth management.
• Experience with Addepar or a similar portfolio accounting platform.
• Must demonstrate strong experience in the private investments space.
• Demonstrated experience performing account and portfolio reconciliations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with multiple custodians including Pershing, Schwab, and Fidelity.
• Strong analytical and problem solving with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational processes related to client portfolios in Addepar.
• Maintain ownership of new limited partnership investment reporting and updates.
• Assist with retrieval and saving of client statements.
• Support onboarding of new clients and accounts in Addepar.
• Load and reconcile manually maintained accounts as needed.
• Assist with data integrity initiatives, audits and enhancements in Addepar.
• Partner with Operations and internal teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase automation and efficiency.
