Job description

An Investment Management firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their Finance and Reporting team as the Vice President. This role will follow a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

1. Guide, train, and supervise junior team members on a daily basis.
2. Review client deliverables, including cash flow analyses, asset allocation, and performance metrics at both portfolio and position levels. Deliver analytical insights to the client service team before meetings, highlighting key performance indicators.
3. Support the configuration and maintenance of account and security attributes within the reporting system to ensure accurate performance tracking for new and existing client accounts.
4. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of custodial data within the Addepar reporting platform by monitoring and validating data across all custodian feeds.
5. Assist with special projects and respond to ad-hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
3. CPA or equivalent certification required.
4. Experience as a Manager or Senior Manager with a focus on Financial Services, preferably with a background in Public Accounting.
5. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
