Job summary

Red Ventures is seeking a product-minded leader to drive end-to-end initiatives across Business, Data Science, Design, and Engineering. You will translate complex requirements into features and KPIs, while mentoring junior teammates and shaping AI-powered product developments.

You will influence stakeholders with data-driven narratives, ensuring scalability and reliability of platform features across multiple domains, and accelerate development cycles with rapid prototyping using modern AI tools.

• Own product adoption, ensure scalability and reliability of platform features.
• Draft data-driven narratives for progress and business impact.
• Prototype workflows using AI tools to inform decisions and accelerate cycles.
• Mentor junior teammates in product, technical, and analytical skills.
